We were approached by a client with a corner plot. Often these sites are regarded as ideal - there are no neighbors on both sides, more free zoning of the site in terms of entry, entrance, placement of a house and garden, placement of engineering structures, and organization of connections to city networks, etc.

But the concept of living at the intersection of 2 streets requires courage and openness from the owner, you have 2 times more contact with the public street space. And at all times, such a place has been a landmark and accent for a village or city. But, unfortunately, the site turned out to be quite small and made us work hard on the spatial organization of the house. We considered a number of options and synthesized one perfect one from them!

It turned out to be a small house, but with a lively character. The compact size made it efficient to manage the space and accommodate all the functionality necessary for a modern person: a garage for 2 cars, a studio with a kitchen-dining room, a storage room, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms with a separate seating area on the 2nd floor. And all this on 185 sq.m!

The compact size and site restrictions did not allow using the expressive plasticity of the facade, so we actively used color and different textures to create a harmonious and at the same time bright image of the house.
