An apartment building at Anzac Highway 411 in Adelaide, South Australia. The broken configuration of the house made it possible to form two autonomous courtyards - a guest and a private one, which are interconnected by a passage under one of the parts of the residential building.

The gallery structure of the house made it possible to solve the issue of sound insulation from the urban highway, which borders the site, by installing protective screens with scale-like placement on the gallery. Thus, all the apartments of the complex have a two-sided orientation and cross ventilation of the apartments. "Scales" is open to the west and east, which allows sufficient insolation of the gallery and the rooms overlooking it.

The entire residential part is turned away from the highway to the north-sunny side and is oriented towards the city's green artery with parks and bike paths. The site provides underground parking with parking spaces for all apartment owners and an additional one guest parking space per apartment on the street.

The core of the complex is a glass cube with a central staircase around a tree and viewing platforms from where a view of the city opens. On the roof there is a green roof with places for relaxation and sunbathing. There is also a common area on the roof with a bar and a kitchen for celebrations and meetings of apartment owners. A separate part of the roof is reserved for solar panels.
