The Garden residential complex is one of our reconception cases. We jump into the project at the stage of pouring the floor of the 5th floor, but this did not stop us to transform the house (revising the plan layouts and facades, adding 2 penthouses) and get a highly liquid product where the potential of the site is used by 100%

The new image perfectly matches the ideology of the premium class residential complex and the surroundings. The main idea is to arrange the maximum opening for the botanical garden for the owners of all apartments in the house. To destroy all barriers between nature and man, glazing with a minimum number of post elements and sliding window sashes for the entire height of the floor were arranged. At one point, the apartment becomes part of the city garden.

View of the entrance group of the house. The hyperbolized arch at the main entrance is supported by the arches of the parking entrances. This compositional ensemble emphasized the status of a residential building and created an organic transition to the pedestrian scale
In contrast to the garden-oriented façade, the opposite side of the house, which faces the street, is restrained and has more pronounced wall tectonics with less glazing. The "closedness" of the facade is compensated by huge portals, an allusion to the gates to the Garden of Eden. The entrance group is additionally articulated with a cantilevered glass canopy.

Penthouse spaces perspective. The single-level kitchen and office above it lead to a two-level dining and living room with a fireplace. A terrace adjoins the living room.
On the last floor there are 2 equal penthouses with a two-level living room, dining room, which are connected to the roof terraces of the house, oriented to the botanical garden and the panorama of the left and right banks of Dnipro river
