About the project
The location of the future residential complex has a wide range of factors for analysis. In particular, this is the retrospective functioning of the territory, city arteries in the form of a powerful highway and transport interchange, a large number of railway lines. We also take into account the location of the site near the historical place of worship of the pagans, which connects with the times of the Old Believers' customs.
All of these factors have much in common - the movement, the dynamics of the Old Believer dance, speed, pulsation. These signs are reflected in the concept of a future residential complex of 24 floors with an underground two-level parking and commercial premises on the first and second floors of the house.
