But! A big advantage of the local climate for architecture is that it rains here a couple of times a year. There are also no freeze-thaw cycles. What we have destroys all facings, which are less expensive in the first place. A paradise for finishes, and even more so for their adhesive bases!

What are the design features in Dubai?
Each developer must comply with the urban planning concept from the master developer of the given area, the prescribed height of the building, each floor, as well as the type of balconies, walls, windows, doors and other architectural elements. All of them should be in a single concept.
Here we are allowed to erect 5 levels mixed-use buildings and with an unlimited number of underground floors.
Norms and rules are not more complicated, not simpler. Logical. The same evacuation, the same fire regulations. But for example, it is forbidden to open windows at all. And also the central ventilation and air conditioning system are common, in Ukraine, it is difficult to do this. We are all fighting the rape of terraces with ventilation ducts.
